Welcome to Dreamica – Image Generator. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") developed and maintained by Rutvik ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that grant access to premium features and content.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of the purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

  • No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription term.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations;

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App;

  • Interfere with the App’s operation or attempt to access its systems or networks without authorization;

  • Use the App to generate or distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed in the App are the property of Rutvik or its content creators. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any content from the App without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's performance, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rutvik shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that may harm the App or its users.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
